Surrender: First, we must meet ourselves where we are. This first module of 7 aligns with exploration of the 1st chakra, the Root Chakra - Muladhara: foundation, roots, origin, security, connection. In order to move on, we must first feel security which means trust. We will shake out surface trauma, activate a sense of rooting and flush out emotional hangups. From here we springboard into the next phase of growth to realize our full potential. Relinquish unnecessary negative emotions to make way for positive energy and motivation to lift us up.
